Ordering

Upon placing an order on the website and checking out, your card is charged. You should receive a confirmation email. At that point, we observe the order and pack it. Once your shipping label is made, the tracking number is automatically sent to you when we complete the whole order.

Please note that if your order is of an amount that is over $300, we at TheBongHub will require more information to verify that the purchase is secure against potentially fraudulent activity. For more information about our authorization process please go here!



Delivery

We drop our packages at FedEx and USPS by 4:30pm(CST). Exceptions cannot be made as a result of last pick up for USPS being at 5:30pm(CST). Once this time passes, your order will be sent the following day. If authorization is needed, we ask that you send that over before 3:00pm(CST) to give us time to package it before delivery time. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
